In a typical project we redesigned the A/E/Vendor’s proposals and reduced a $750,000 project to $125,000. The client has subsequently ordered repeat isolators.
Design and Bid Documentation
Usually after we have completed the Options and Recommendations Report, we take the approved recommendations to the next stage and develop the design and prepare bid documentation. During this phase we work with the various vendors to obtain the latest offerings and to ensure that the design works within the project parameters.
Typically we produce the following documents: GA Drawings, P&ID’s and a User Requirement Specification. We believe that careful definition leads to competitive pricing and an efficient project execution.
