PharmaConsult US meets with the client, typically with all the parties that have a stake such as the operators, EH&S, project/facilities/process engineering, process development, etc
to discuss the proposed process.
During this discussion, we may make recommendations for alternate methods or equipment that may provide better containment of the potent compound. Typically we gather information on the processes and interventions and ensure that we have a complete understanding of all the issues so that we can prepare an options and recommendations report.
Since we deal with OSD, API and parenteral processes on a daily basis and are constantly reviewing developments in process and equipment we can contribute to the equipment selection process. The report includes comments on the existing, if relevant, and sketches for proposed recommendations.
The report usually includes a path forward with some order of magnitude costing. We usually like to present the report so that we can ensure understanding of the concepts and to obtain a consensus of the path forward.
