During the design and bid documentation phase we like to prepare protocols for the various tests that the containment system will undergo. These tests include Isolator performance and build protocols, Functional Testing and Surrogate Testing. These tests can be performed during FAT's, and/or SAT's. The protocols should be a part of the bid documentation so that vendors can allocate the appropriate resources for these tests.
We provide training for use of the containment devices. The training usually coincides with the surrogate testing. We video tape this process so that we can prepare an in depth training document on CD for our client's use.
